Motor Types and Technical Features

DWP series is the Hollow direct drive synchronous motor with high torque, low pulsation, and high efficiency.

Its bearing scheme is specially designed to withstand higher axial and radial loads.

The motor is equipped with a multi-turn absolute encoder, a serial communication mode, and an external battery to      ensure accurate absolute position even during power failure.

Connection: The 300 mm long encoder cable is directly lead out from the inside of the motor.
The motor is water-cooled (suffix: W) with water inlet parameters as follows:
Cooling medium: 55% glycol aqueous solution, particles less than 300 μm, conductivity less than 10 μS/cm; 
Minimum cooling water flow: 12 L/min−20 L/min
Differential pressure under minimum cooling water flow: 0.27 bar
Maximum withstand water pressure: 0.5 MPa
Water pipe fitting specification: DWP12:14-G1/4 DWP12:16-G3/8
