Motor Types and Technical Features

SV series servo motor is a 4-pole squirrel-cage asynchronous motor, which is an upgraded version of the REAL- LAND SVS series, and is a classic product for high-performance asynchronous servo applications. 

SV series products have the following features: 

      - High torque capability. 
      - Peak torque characteristic of 2.5-2.8 times at the rated speed point, with the good current linearity, which makes          the motor possess a high dynamic response. 
      - Great constant power holding capacity. The SV motor is designed with a constant power speed regulation range          of E, S and M gears, ranging from E-S1 * 3 times, S-S1 * 4 times, M-S1-31 * 5−8 times, which can be applied to            various applications requiring weak magnetic field and large torque, such as machine tool spindles and other                fields. 

Multi-gear baseband speed is optional, and the five reference speed are 750 r/min, 1,000 r/min, 1,500 r/min, 2,000 r/min, 3,000 r/min respectively, which is suitable for most applications.

Output characteristic curve

From static state to rated speed (0−N1), the motor can output rated torque Ted.
From above the rated speed to a speed range (N1−N2), the motor can have a constant power output range that maintains the rated power Ped. Refer to specific technical parameters for the speed range of constant power output. Within this range, the maximum torque Tmax available can be calculated approximately accord- ing to the determined speed N by the formula:
          Tmax [Nm] = Pmax [kW] * 9550 / N [r/min] 
          Pmax = Ped * ( 2N2 一 NI -N)/(N2-N1 )
Above this range to the range of maximum speed (N2−Nmax), the power of the motor will decrease.
