Motor installation
Install the DSP on the spindle and the spindle head integrally, remove the screws and fixed blocks and then install the spindle lock nut. After that, the whole is auto- matically installed in place.
Motor removal
Lock the fixed block in place with screws, remove the lock nut of the spindle, and then remove the lock screw of the motor. After that, the whole is removed.

Motor installation
Install the DSP on the spindle and the spindle head integrally, remove the fixed blocks and then install the spindle lock nut in place. After that, the whole is auto- matically installed in place.
Motor removal

Description of comparative processing
With the same processing program, tool, fixture, machine tool parameters, the processed part is 304 stainless steel, the processed surface is curved, and the surface roughness is set to 0.4.
Figure 1 shows the part processed by the belt machine tool with obvious chatter marks on the surface.
Figure 2 shows the part processed by the DSP machine tool. Its surface is smooth and free of chatter marks, which proves that turning instead of grinding can be achieved.
