The VSH series high efficiency synchronous reluctance motor is designed with our original technology to achieve excellent energy-saving performance. VSH4 meets the national class 1 energy efficiency index (equivalent to international IE4), while VSH3 meets the national class 2 energy efficiency index (equivalent to international IE3). The energy efficiency of VSH series greatly exceeds that of traditional asynchronous motors, without relying heavily on rare earth magnets compared to permanent magnet synchronous motors. VSH series is an excellent and efficient motor solution that saves energy and rare earth resources, making it an ideal alternative for current energy saving initiatives.
Without rotor loss, the VSH synchronous motor is structurally more efficient than an asynchronous motor.
The VSH synchronous motors have higher efficiency than asynchronous motors at rated load and offer a wide load range, with higher efficiency output even at the state of 40% load. Most of the machines are working with periodic loads. After using VSH motors, they get efficient operation not only at rated point but also during the whole running period, so they can achieve significant energy-saving effects.
In addition to having higher efficiency than asynchronous motors at rated load, VSH synchronous motors can also maintain efficient operation at low speed.
The VSH motor can achieve two ultra-efficient energy efficiency classes, IE3 and IE4, after undergoing electromagnetic optimization design. VSH3 and VSH4 are optional for users, with the energy efficiency classes as follows.
The VSH motor also has the advantages of a synchronous motor, such as big torque at low speed, overload capacity, and obviously better torque characteristics than an asynchronous motor. In terms of structure, it offers high reliability, maintenance-free operation, no rotor loss and low heat generation, as well as long mechanical life, which make it more reliable than permanent magnet synchronous motor and more durable than asynchronous motor.
