1. Introduction & Charateristics
VSH series super premium synchronous reluctance motor is designed based on our initial creation technology which can realize super efficiency and energy saving.VSH4 series is corresponding to International Energy Efficiency Index IE4, whereas VSH3 series is IE3. Compared with asynchronous motor, VSH series motor has much higher efficiency. Compared with PM synchronous motor, it is designed with no or less magnets. VSH series is really an excellent motor solution for energy saving, rear earth resources saving.
- VSH series synchronous reluctance motor has no rotor loss and the total loss is lower than asynchronous motor
- In addition to VSH synchronous motor having higher efficiency under rated load than asynchronous motor, it also has a wider load area, with higher efficiency out-put even at the state of 40% load. Most machines are working with periodic load, using VSH series motor can get efficient operation not only at rated point but also during the whole running period. The energy-saving effect is significant.
- In addition to higher efficiency at rated load than asynchronous motor, VSH series synchronous motor can also maintain efficient operation at low speed.

- VSH motor has the advantages of synchronous motor, big torque at low speed, strong overload capacity, better torque characteristic than asynchronous motor. In structure it has high reliability, maintenance-free, rotor lossless, low heat, long life of bearing, which makes it more reliable than PM synchronous motor and more durable than asynchronous motor.
- In addition to its own design, VSH motor also needs a dedicated drive to make sure that the motor can be always at the best and efficient operating point, which requires the drive to adopt precise VSH motor control mode as well as the optimal control scheme.
