1. Introduction & Charateristics
SVS series servo motor is a type of squirrel cage induction motor with 4 poles, which is designed dedicated for the high performance servo applications and main spindle servo applicafions. It has the following characteristics:
Super torque capacity
SVS series has 2.5 to 2.8 times peak torque at rated speed with good current linearity, so it has strong acceleration torque and high dynamic response.
Excellent constant power holding abilitySVS
SVS series has three speed range at constant power range in design, E-S1*3 times, S-S1*4 times, M-S1*5 to 8 times, which can be used in various applications with big torque in flux-weakening field, such as spindle of machine tools, injection molding machine, drawing machine and other occasions.
Maximum speed extends to 12000 r/min.
In order to satisfy the tendency of increasingly high speed on machine tool spindle, Realland has added high speed series below 11KW in SVS motors, which can reach 12000r/min, e.g “SVS08C-7.5-1500SH”, “H” means the max. speed of motor can reach 12000 r/min.
Low inertia and medium inertia
SVS series servo motor has five kinds of frames, 05, 07, 08, 09 and 10. Each frame has the cross types with the bigger one (see table below), that is to say, SVS offers two kinds of inertia to customers, smaller frame stands for low inertia and bigger one stands for medium inertia, which can meet different requirements.
Multiple kinds of base speed can be chosen
SVS series servo motor provides multiple kinds of base speed, including 750 r/min, 1000 r/min, 1500 r/min, 2000r/min and 3000r/min. Please see the the torque distribution below.
Good adaptability with various drives, and we can provide motor parameter table
SVS series servo motors can be matched with various servo drives, home and abroad. Realland can offer the motor parameter table to the drive users so that they can conduct orientation parameters setting, thus to realize seamless connection of performance control.
